Yep...those are the halloween decorations from mom's house when we were little kids. I thought I'd pass on the tradition. Madison likes them alot. Expecially the skeleton that glows in the dark. I love this time of the year!
I don't think I mentioned that yesterday we went to the pumpkin patch to pick out our awesome pumpkin. Here is a photo from that experience. The little girl was not "participating" with the wonderful photo opp, so I just had to deal with it.
Yes, she was just a wee bit crabby...oh well...she lived thorugh it! This was after the game so she was close to nap time. Well, the nap that never really happens but it's when she gets REALLY tired anyways!
Oh...guess who was home over the weekend? Our long lost little 19 yr old. Ty came home so he could go to a play at his old high school with friends! Did we tell you that he was moving out of his old house into a new house up at school? Not sure what the ordeal was about but it's turned out for the better because he has cheaper rent. Perfect for anyone but expecially for college. I was listening to him talk to Steve telling him how he eats alot of romain noodles. Remember doing that in college cuz it was the only thing you could afford? hee hee. Anyways, Ty gave me his new address but he forgot what the zip code was. So if you write him you'll need to look it up! The new address is 915 12th st. South, Moorhead, Minnesota. Well, what the hell, why don't I just look up the zip right now? hang on......don't go anywhere....okay, I am back. The zip code is: 56560-3701. There ya go!
Okay...gotta run. I will try to keep up more on the blog. Have a great week!
Today Grandma Gracie and Auntie Barbie came over for a haircut and just some good ole' visiting with a cup o java! It was pretty fun. I gave Barbie a little makeover. See her before and after pics!
We had a good time. Nice little get away from the kiddies and hubbies. Although we all agreed we really missed all of them. I even went fishing and caught a couple sunnies and a little baby northern. Thank God Kelly Sullivan can take fish off because I sure in hell wasn't going to do it! One of the mornings I went down to the lake by myself while everyone was still sleeping and I caught myself a HUGE bass. Of course there was no one to take it off for me so I ran back up to the cabin and grabbed a pair of scissors and had to cut the line. Somewhere in that lake is a bass swimming around with a lure still stuck in it's mouth. Not sure if I am suppose to feel sorry for the fish or not. Let's just say I am not putting alot of effort or energy into feeling much for the fish. Not sure if that makes me a mean, non loving to the animals type of gal or not either. Oh well...
Here is a video of my little wild child. She is crazy. I had to videotape this last night because this is what I got to take a little 2 day break from. hee hee...she's nuts. Sorry...it's sideways. Hit this link to view the video....can't remember how to get it ON the blog because it's been so long since I've posted a video. Remember to hit your back button to come back to the blog.

Here are more photos of us girls at the cabin. Once again, these are not really posting right so not sure why but there are 3 different links below to look at for more photos...ok?
Anyways, that's all I got for ya all.

I think Madison had her first little dream where she woke up actually being mad. She woke up this morning accusing me of having ice cream but not letting her have any. I kept telling her we don't have any ice cream and she'd say, YES YOU DO!!! She was in complete hysteria for about 15 minutes. Surely she got that from her mother:) She finally calmed down abit and was quite happy with her cereal bar that I ended up giving her.
That's all peeps. I don't have much to say!
Madison absolutely loves him! And Chester is SUCH A GOOD DOGGIE! He listens very, very well and I am totally comfortable with him around Madison. It's fun to watch them because they are on about the same wavelength! haha. I am laughing so hard right now over that statement but it's so true! I am sure I will get some excellant photos of the two of them over the week.
Oh, did we tell everyone that Tyler got into the Shakesphere play at college? We do not EVER hear from the boy so there is not much more I can say about him. Steve did call him tonight because it's been so long since we've heard from him. I would assume the school or Barb would notify us if he were in any type of immediate danger. Ty, if you are reading this blog, "PHONE HOME".
