This sure is one long blog that I am posting today (read the first part of the blog down below this entry!). We are trying to get Madison to go to bed and she doesn't want to go. She's drawing a monster for Auntie Lynnie on the office floor right now.
Here is a photo of Madison with the pretty, fuzzy bag that Linda brought for Madison! Notice the dress she had on. This was from Christmas this year but she wears it as one of her princess dresses! And she has on her high heels that Nana bought for her for her birthday this year. She loves those shoes! Aren't her bangs obnoxious? She rarely lets me put barretts in her hair. I figure when she gets sick of not being able to see she'll keep the barretts in.

Here is our new license plate for our car. Do you ever do word association to memorize your license plate? Of course I always do! For this car, it's: SCARY GIRL YELLING 65 twice(2)! Get it? I remember license plate back from cars of mom and dad's! Remember our station wagon? Not the green one, but the white with wood paneling? That license plate started with the letter of CTE. I didn't memorize the numbers at that point in my life. I've matured now and realized that sometimes you need to know the numbers too for certain reasons! My old Z71 truck that I use to have had the license plate of KEP901. I guess that's all the ones I can remember at the moment....SO word assocation doesn't ALWAYS work! Does anyone else do any of this stuff, or is it just me? hee hee.

Look at Steve's plants. They have grown sooo much. He must talk to them alot! I think these are his tomatoe plants. He thinks he did this too early because they are going to freeze outside if he transplants them. Don't worry folks...I'll keep you updated. Like, I am sure that ANYONE really cares about this.

Ok...now on to bigger and better things (I am laughing my butt off right now)...I went shopping yesterday and got myself some tops. Here they all are. Notice that they are all basically the same but just different colors/patterns. But then again, when in the summertime have you ever seen me not in a sleeveless top? It's all I wear. They seem kinda dressy, as if I had a job or something important to do or to go to. That's okay because the alternative is me dressing in my sweat outfits, which I am sure EVERYONE will agree with me, is time to quit wearing them. It's time. That's all I can say. If I put on one more sweat outfit I am going to die.

I guess I could wear this one out to a night club or something. hahahahaha.
No, this is not a dress...kinda looks like one in the photo. I really like this one but it might be a little too young for me. I am kinda that in between age where nothing is age appropriate. Steve likes it. But I didn't try it on for him, so I am not sure what he really thinks of it. To tell you the truth, you are suppose to wear leggings under this one, which is TOTALLY not age appropriate at all. I don't even know if Steve is really telling the truth or not because he says EVERYTHING looks fine. He's too smart of a guy to actually tell me something doesn't look good or I look fat in something. I wish he'd tell me the truth but he thinks I'd freak out on him. Of course I would:) I'll have to try it on for Kim. She'll tell me the truth. It was funny because Steve said last night, "I heard you and Kim were trying on your new swimsuit (oh, trust me people....nothing to get excited over) but you never showed me". Duh! We girls are certainly funny. I am sure everyone is just thrilled looking at my new clothes. You know what is funny? You know how girls supposibly love shoes? I don't. I hate trying them on. I hate wearing a new pair. And more than anything I hate spending one cent on them. I always feel so tom-boyish when it comes to shoes because as a girl we are suppose to love them. I can't STAND spending any money on shoes. I'll pay $ for a shirt, no problem....I'm okay but not thrilled to spend $ on jeans/pants/shorts but I'll do it. But shoes....Just Can't Do It. However today I went to Target and bought 2 pairs. I don't know if I even call one of the pair as ACTUAL shoes. More like flip-flops. I'll take some photos of those too. Who'd of ever thought you'd get to experience ALL my shopping with me?

The top shoes are a pewter color. Aren't they cute? I like them. for someone who doesn't like shoes, I like these alot. The bottom shoes are just comfy cheap flip-flops. I have them on right now. Oh...look how both pairs match my new shirts. I didn't think the pewter ones would really match but I was wrong. There is grey in the 2 bottom shirts! Wow...that's awesome! They match really good. Hey...I did good:) I rock at shopping! Guess I'll have to go more! haha!

Madison had gymnastics today. Today they worked on round-offs (no, she can't really do them yet) and back summersaults (she can do these with help but doesn't really care to do them with my help...but will with the teacher's help). Then we went to McDonalds with a playland. We met Auntie Lynnie and Loggie there for lunch. After that we went to Plato's Closet. That is one of those used clothes stores but they are all name brands. I got myself a pair of AmberCrombie & Fitch (I could care less of the brands as you can tell by my spelling of the name brand) jean shorts. I'll spare you the details and photos of the jean shorts. It was fun. I'll have to go back there by myself one day without the little munchkin with me. She was running all over the store. There was another little boy there and she was kinda playing/running around with him. But then the boy got into trouble from his mom for running. I may of gotten "shot" a look by her for letting Madison run. Whoops...my bad. I guess I need to pay better attention when we are places and Madison is being loud or running around. I think I just zone her out or something. Maybe I just don't react like the other mothers do. This has happened many other times before...in some stores, in the doctor's office, etc. I wonder why I don't react much to that. Maybe I just don't think it's a big deal if they aren't screaming or getting in the way of others and they can just kinda run around and act like the 3 year olds that they are. Perhaps my tolerance is more than other mothers in certain things. I don't know. Maybe I am wrong in all the case senerios. Guess I am not really sure. Anyways, it's happened enough times where another mother has yelled at her kid and then I kinda snap to it and realize I have been letting Madison do whatever and I haven't yelled at her yet. It's just happened enough times where I have realized that I don't react really. Okey Dokey....THERE are my parenting skills out in the open! I won't even tell you about me not bringing any diapers when I go places! Which brings me to my child NOT being potty trained yet. At what time do you start worrying about that? She still isn't potty trained and now lately doesn't even want to try. Even suckers aren't working as the incentive. We are going to have to take some extreme measures here soon.

Well, I have rambled on pretty long here.........I need to go help Madison out with her play dough. She's watching Musical High School 2 AND playing play dough! Guess I don't have to clean since that is all I have been doing the last few days. Steve told me yesterday I was SUPERWIFE. I said, "I know"...I blogged about myself today! Too bad that cleaning streak doesn't last! Wonder what got into me? It must be the RockStar energy drinks that I have gotten into a habit of drinking. I have gotten Steve hooked on them too. They totally give you energy. Just like drinking a pot of coffee! Imagine how hyped up I get after drinking my morning coffee AND having my energy drink!
